(一)设备用途：.该机主要用于将废旧轮胎的胎冠及胎侧切割成一定宽度的橡胶长条。
(二)结构与原理：
该机由一对刀片、减速机、机架和传动机构等组成。其基本原理为：由减速机经转动机构，带动二刀片做相对匀速运转，促使二刀片形成剪切之势，将物料置于两刀片之间，向前移动，以达到剪切效果。
(三)特点：
两个园盘刀采用特殊金属热处理制成,坚硬耐用，可多次修磨使用。
Application: It is utilized in cutting the crown and side-wall of waste tire into a certain sized of long rubber strip.
Construction and Principle:
The unit is consist of a pair of knife, Speed reducer, frame and transmission.The principle is that Speed reducer through transmission, driving two knives constant speed operation and making two knives constitute a trend of shear, the material placed between the two knives, move forward to achieve the shear effect.
Characteristic:
Disc knife is made using a special metal heat treatment,high hard and wearable ,is durable.
