淀粉改性双螺杆挤出机

随着市场的需求以及环保型塑料制品的推广。我公司自主研发的WHJ-C型淀粉挤出改性机组，可根据不同料性改变螺杆组合以及长径比，使淀粉充分接枝反应，从而提高产品的抗拉强度、韧性、透明度等各方面性能。包括WJ-C型片材辅机和WHJ-B型的造粒辅机，专用于加工淀粉基生物全降解颗粒、片材的专用设备。淀粉专用造粒机组包括主机和辅机两部分。主机由电机、高扭矩齿轮箱、油冷却系统、强制喂料系统、C型机筒及螺杆、加热系统、多道真空系统、出料模头和床身组成；辅机包括水槽、吸干机、切粒机、等，可根据客户具体需要配置其他辅机。

With the market demand and the promotion of encironment-friendly plastic products , the self-designed WHJ-C starch extrusion units which researched and modified by our company can improce the tensile strength, toughness,transpatency andother performances of the product,through changing the screw combinations and length-diameter ratio according to  different material which make the graft of starch reacted fully. Lt includes the auxiliary of WJ-c sheet and bilological degradation and sheets.Special starch granulation units include hosts and auxiliary parts.The hosts is composed of DC(AC) motor,high-torque gear bos,oil cooling system.forced feeding system,shell and screw,heating systems,multi-channel vacuum system,mode joint of discharging and lathe bed;and the auxiliary include the sink, absorbing-drying machine,granulate machine,ect.
