                             We adopt double helix laminas return back to make the steady temperature of the rollers, and the temperature can rise or fall quickly without any cooling set. The surface of the roller quenching, rubbing, mirror polishing chromium plating treatment, then the rigidity can reach above HRC62. The rollers’ surface deviation less than 0.02mm, temperature within±2℃. The gyration connector of hot kerosene and tubes are with heat-resistant and press-resistant.

                   The orientation of rollers: use the exactitude pole elevator and its components. When the centre roller is fixed, then the up and bottom gap motors can be generally regulated, handfine adjustment, and modulated left and right independently. We can adjust quickly andfine adjustmentat the same time. With the high intensity and precision, the improved design is the core centre for the ACP quality.

            The drive motor:2.2kwx 3sets, independently transfer, and can adjust the speed by the material of PE and to improve the quality during the calendaring, glazing and equally extruding of the material.

采用双套管螺旋叶片回路，使辊轮表面温度均匀，升/降温迅速，且无需大量冷却介质。辊轮表面淬火、研磨、镀硬铬（镀层厚度不低于0.10mm）后镜面抛光处理，硬度达到HRC62以上，辊轮表面跳动小于0.02mm，表面温度误差在±2℃以内。附热媒回转接头及耐热耐压软管。

轮组定位：采用精密丝杆升降机及其组件，中央轮固定，上、下轮间隙电机粗调，手动微调并可左右独立调整。可实现迅速调整间隙和高精度微调同时进行的目的。本机构高强度，高精度，优化后的设计是确保成品板材质量的核心部件。

传动马达：电机2.2kw x 3台，独立传动，可根据不同PE料做适度速度调整，使PE芯材压延，上光，均匀吐料质量显著提高。
